Forget Me Not silk scarves.....

After reading a well known Sunday newspaper I came across Forget Me Not silk scarves designed by Coco. Beautiful hand drawn Italian scarves enchanting reality and creating a stir.

The name did capture me firstly but after checking out her website I fell in love with the stunning imagery and bold designs. She creates imagery for major brands and publications using a mixture of techniques such as painting and digital work. Her unique designs include animals, geometric prints and children's novel characters. Each scarf takes you into a world of make believe.

Wrap yourself up and be inspired!

Shigeru Tokumaru

Tom has just returned from a trip to beautiful Niseko Japan. On his journey he luckily bumped into someone who could introduce him to Japanese Artist Shigeru Tokumaru and show him his gallery. Tom fell in love with his work and later showed me. His paintings are remarkable and look like dreams captured in an array of different lights. Tom brought me a painting which will soon hang pride of place in our home.

Cate Parr

I have just discovered fashion illustrator Cate Parr and I had to share a couple of her illustrations with you. Uk born Cate Parr manages to capture beautiful and ethereal qualities of fashion illustration using watercolours. I love the simplicity and vulnerable aspects of her work. Take a second, pause and really see the beauty that lies beneth these images.
